1 red seedless watermelon
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 small cucumber
2 limes

6 fl. oz. cold water
1.5 fl. oz. white rum (can eliminate for mocktails)
1 fl. oz. simple syrup
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 fl. oz. seltzer
1 fl. oz. watermelon juice
