Normally office supplies aren’t something I particularly care about, but I really like these pens. They are one of those simple things that just works really well and makes life easier. They write on practically any surface and they don’t dry out quickly if you leave the cap off. I really like how easily they write on glass. Good labeling is critical for food safety, and these make it easy to label glass containers. The writing doesn’t smear or bleed, but comes off with alcohol or a trip through a residential dishwasher.
