I ordered this product on April 16 so that we would have it when our seasonal business opened on May 22. We received it just prior to opening date and it would not power on. The company finally responded back the following week after several phone calls. They sent someone to look at it and the technician said that the control panel was the issue, but that there may be another internal issue causing that problem. He had to get the control panel first to make sure there was not another issue. He requested the part to be overnighted so that we could get it repaired prior to our busy holiday weekend. As of June 2, we still do not have a usable freezer. Very dissatisfied especially for the amount of money I paid for this!
