I received this fridge on January 20. As of February 6 it still is not working properly. I contacted Webstaurant Store customer service and they told me to reach out directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a local repairman out to fix it but he had to wait on the manufacturer to send parts (twice - the first time they did not send enough parts). Now it is running but is extremely loud due to a motor issue. I contacted Webstaurant Store customer service again but they again told me to go through the manufacturer. Lesson learned - shop local and not online!
