Featuring 21.06 cu. ft. of interior storage, it also provides enough room to store your product. Plus, the exterior grille that covers the top mounted refrigeration system is easy to remove for preventative maintenance or to allow necessary repairs. Inside, this unit features a stainless steel interior with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation for superior temperature retention, even in kitchens where ambient temperatures are high.

Convenient Door Design
This unit features solid stainless steel half-doors with door locks for extra food safety and security. The spring-loaded hinges ensure that the doors close properly even when you have your hands full. If you are taking several loads to or from this unit, you can also override the self-closing system by opening the doors 120 degrees so that they stay open until you manually close them.

For superior visibility, bright, LED lighting illuminates the interior so that your staff can easily see and select the ingredients they need.
100° Ambient Temperature
This unit is rated to perform in 100° ambient temperatures, making it the perfect freezer for hotter kitchens and other warm environments.
Ample Storage
The interior of this unit features 21.06 cu. ft. of cold storage and has 3 heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves for safe, sanitary storage. Each shelf comes with four shelf clips that must be field installed. The shelves are also adjustable in 1/2" increments.
Reliable Refrigeration System
To last longer, this powerful 3/4 hp refrigeration system has an epoxy coated evaporator that resists corrosion. It utilizes R-290 refrigerant. An automatic condensate evaporation system also makes this unit more energy efficient. And because it is designed with a 1-piece grill, it's easy to access the refrigeration system for routine maintenance and repairs.
