Plus, it is produced on a dedicated gluten-free line, making it safe for customers with celiac disease or a gluten intolerance. Its classic flavor and texture makes it easy to use interchangeably with traditional pasta in your recipes, making it a great option to have as an option in your cafeteria's pasta bar or a menu upgrade at your restaurant. To prepare, use 4-6 quarts of water per pound of pasta. Bring to a rolling boil and add salt to taste. Add the pasta to the boiling water, stir gently, and return to a boil. For "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. Remove from the heat and drain well. Simply add your preferred ingredients, plate, and serve!
