Details
Keep your establishment well-stocked with comfort food with these Bakery Chef 3" premium buttermilk biscuits! These biscuits boast a fluffy, delicate interior and a savory, slightly salty flavor that evokes classic Southern cooking. Though they taste like they are made from scratch, these biscuits are quick and easy to prepare, and save you time in the kitchen! Because they are frozen, they can be stored in your freezer until you are ready to use them. To prepare, place a bakeable tray of biscuits directly on the oven rack without opening the plastic bag. In a conventional oven, bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes if thawed and 20-22 minutes if frozen at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a convection oven, bake for 8-10 minutes if thawed and 16-18 minutes if frozen at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the biscuits are golden brown and hot, carefully cut or tear the bag and brush with liquid margarine if desired!
These delectable biscuits make a delicious accompaniment to any number of entrees, as well as a perfect vessel for spreads and sauces! They make a perfect addition to your bread service, and can also be served alongside hearty stews, soups, and saucy dishes, since they are perfect for dipping or mopping up any extra liquid. Biscuits are also a versatile breakfast food: try slathering them with sausage gravy or creamed chipped beef, or even using them as the bread for your breakfast sandwiches! They are also a wonderful way to showcase homemade jellies, jams, spreads, or chutneys, both savory and sweet. Of course, you can also choose to keep it simple by serving warm biscuits slathered with butter for a classic, comforting, satisfying snack. No matter how you choose to serve them, these biscuits are sure to be a versatile addition to your menu that patrons will love!
