These are essential for putting anything in the oven. safe yourself the hassle of scraping sheet pans, the silicone mats are easy to wash, nothing sticks to them. They peel right off
The Baker's Lane 16 1/2" x 24 1/2" Full Size Silicone Non-Stick Baking Mat is quite large! I hadn't realized this is for industrial sized pans. For use at home, I recommend the half-size pan.
