Great materials and design. Unfortunate manufacturing glitch, as first burner arrived missing 8 pre-drilled holes for assembly bolts. Customer Service chat quickly resolved issue and replacement burner arrived in 2 days. Appreciate not shipping back the first burner.

Purchased this as a second burner to speed up our canning/ blanching processes. Very happy with stand, heavy duty, stable and easy to assemble. Burner is heavy cast iron, similar to my other burner of 30+ years, should last forever if you don’t drop it. Specs say 55,000 btu, I have no way to measure or disprove that is the actual output. Assuming it’s correct, it is not adequate for my needs. It took nearly 30 minutes to bring less than 2 gallons of 130 degree f water to a boil. When blanching sweet corn and green beans recovery time was almost 10 minutes to get water back to a boil. No way you’re frying a turkey or large batch of anything in oil. Regulator says 5 psi, I’m ordering a 30psi regulator assuming the burner is capable of higher output, as my old one clearly is. Giving it 4 stars assuming it is my ignorance of what to expect from 55,000 btu’s . It’s advertised as being capable of frying a turkey which I don’t believe could possibly be true.

Excellent product. Stainless Steel makes it the best option to use outdoor without worrying about corrosion. The Gas regulator is easy to attach to Propane Portable Cylinder. Flame adjustment is ok but will require fine tunning the first time to get the proper flame. Great product for Homebrewing or Outdoor cooking.

This is a nicely constructed stand and much more convenient than the round ones. It fits better in the outdoor setting. The SS material is well joined and nicely polished. The one drawback as of this writing is the much less than stellar burner. These burners do not reduce flame well without going yellow and sooty and carbonizing the bottom of your pans. For a couple of buck more a better burner would have been appreciated. One other note. the burner immediately starts rusting (its cast iron) and stains the flooring and the stand. I'd advise repainting it before you place it outside with high temperature paint.
