Cook the meat for your shawarma, al pastor, gyros, or doner kebabs in the traditional way with this Axis AX-VB3 natural gas gyro machine / vertical broiler with 3 burners and a 88 lb. maximum capacity. Perfect for your authentic Turkish or Greek restaurant or food truck, this broiler can handle the rigors of a commercial environment.

This unit features an electric motor positioned at the top of the unit so that it is away from dripping or spattering fat. It can rotate the spit either clockwise or counter-clockwise. The spit is mounted on an E-Z slide dual rail system so you can broil your meats at the perfect distance from the heat source. You can also angle the spit if needed, giving you maximum control over the cooking process.

This model comes equipped with 3 powerful ceramic infrared burners that can be controlled independently of each other, allowing you to use different sized meat cones. In total, this unit has an output of 34,140 BTU for efficient cooking. Should the flame go out, this unit has thermo-elements that will cut off the flow of gas for safety.

Made of heavy-duty type 304 stainless steel with a removable octagonal drip tray, this vertical broiler is easy to clean for optimum sanitation. The sturdy base keeps the unit stable during use and the sleek, professional design will fit right into your traditional restaurant or market stand.

For quick installation, this vertical broiler ships ready to connect to a natural gas line. If your location uses liquid propane, use the included liquid propane conversion kit. This model also requires a 120V electrical connection to operate the motor.
