The tabs on these really do fill out all the possible space, so that you can write longer titles. 5-tab dividers already have plenty of space though, so this really isn't a big deal. These are just normal reinforced dividers. I wouldn't buy them especially because of the big tabs.
Folder pockets for extra filing options with these dividers. Inexpensive but an easy way for us to keep organized and make sure everything is running efficient.
