I don't like leaving reviews, and I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but as this product has none either way, I'm going to step out of my comfort zone. This is a "buyer be cautious" review. I allow that maybe I bought the wrong product for my needs; but without more guidance, how many others would make my same mistake? For reference, I am a soap-making business. I bought this scale for measuring my oils; the ratios of lye and oils in my recipes are very specific and need to be respected so I don't make soaps that are too heavy on the lye or too heavy on the oils. This scale is not accurate of batching of ingredients. Our confectionery operation has batches of 25lbs or less and multiple ingredients and when adding ingredients of less than 2 lbs the scale will not accurately read. Would not recommend if trying to use for situations such as ours.
