Avantco RC3060 60 Cup (30 Cup Raw) Electric Rice Cooker / Warmer - 120V, 1750W

I can’t believe I struggled so long with big-box store rice cookers. This commercial grade cooker cooks a ton of rice perfectly every time. It takes about an hour to cook a full 30-cup batch. Would definitely buy again.

these units burn out after several months. wish they still had the reset button on them. they need to make them better but seem like are cheaper every time i order them

Very nice for a food truck and a generator cooks the rice very nice and soft very good for small spaces doesnt take up alot of room i love it!

I have purchased more than 9 of these over the course of the last 3 years and one by one they stop working. Poor units. Look somewhere else

I purchased this rice cooker with high hopes, but unfortunately, it warped after just a few uses. While it did cook rice adequately, the warping made it impossible to use properly. It is disappointing that the product did not hold up to basic use.

I purchased three of these around the same time. 1 went out within the 6 month period but the other just just went out after 8 months of use. Like others have said, avoid these as they don’t make it much further past their very short 6 month warranty period.

This rice cooker makes enough rice for a dinner service for us and is always consistent in the texture of the rice. We also use to make quinoa.

This rice cooker was great for the first 6 months. It fizzled out a few days before the warranty expired, which is 6 months. Coincidence? I'm hoping the company will honor the warranty and make it a hassle-free process.

workhorse beast! This rice cooker is well made and gets the job done. only issue is that the coating on the tub insert easily can get scratched

Beware of this product it doesnot work after a month. And there will. not be any response from the customer support .don't believe in the warranty from webstaurant.

This Rice Cooker is horrible. I've complained twice stating that all the rice is burnt on the bottom so I end up wasting so much rice. Yes, I've done the measurements and tried small/large amounts, but your food cost for wasted rice is definitely not worth it!

I always have trouble cooking rice. This rice cooker eliminates the need to constantly stand over the stove. It cooks the rice perfectly and it keeps it warm which is a huge plus.

I think i use this rice maker twice a week, and havent had it for a year. So it just stopped Working out of nowhere.

This rice cooker is amazing! cooks rice even and fast. We sell Hawaiian food so you know we go through a lot of rice. I would buy 10 of these if I had the room! Yes, like all rice cookers, the bottom layer does burn. But that's life. If you don't want it to do that... stir your rice every 30min.

Beware The rice cooker boiled over with just 5 cups of rice and the rice was over cooked and burnt to bottom of steamer bowl. I need to return item really.

We had a few problems with the rice cooker but avantco sent us replacements. the first one we received the "on switch" basically the cooking switch would stop cooking before rice was done.

I have gone through two of these in less than 8 months. They cook rice ok but always gets burnt on the bottom unless you use a timer. There is no indication when the rice is done, alarm beep or bell...nothing so it will always burn. I will have to upgrade to another item. I cant buy this one a third time.

Bought this product last year in June 8 to 9 months in it stopped working. Warranty is only 6 months and I see that I’m not the only customer this has happened to. Not very good quality if this happens so often.

Purchased this rice cooker in February of 2019 and 14 months later it quit working. Of course the manufacturers warranty is only 6 months. Very frustrating that we can't produce a product that lasts.

Bought it last year and didn’t really use it but a few times. A few weeks ago we had a catering order and needed some rice. It cooked well for the first batch, then it stopped working. Lights not on and it just gave up. It is like a disposable rice cooker.

it is a really good rice cooker since it only takes a little to cook 30 cups of sushi rice it is also a good warmer it does not burn the rice.

Good electric rice cooker for sushi rice . 120v mean u can transport this rice cooker to any where else beside kitchen and 30 cup is right size too.

We have been using the Avantco Rice Cooker for about 6 months now. Our kitchen staff likes it much better than the much more expensive rice cooker that we had previously purchased because it is faster and automatically switches over to warming mode. We had originally planned for it to be a backup unit or for making smaller batches, but it has become the "go-to" cooker due to the speed and ease of use.

This rice cooker is absolutely superb! It holds A TON of rice and perfect for my café. We serve burrito bowls and this cooker cooks the rice quickly and keeps warm automatically while keeping the rice fluffy.

Built nice, good price. Cooks fast how-ever there is no timer on it . Light weight which is nice. We use it for quinoa instead of rice.
