Not happy. Product arrived undamaged, however fan inside unit does not operate. Would not recommend purchasing from this website as the product is defective. Due to the fact that shipping is so expensive cannot return item.

I do not recommend this product. The first unit I received froze up and collected water at the bottom of the unit. The water didn't drain into the drainage hole but leaked from the seams by the units feet. I emailed Webstaurant store and the customer service was fabulous. I sent them pictures of the issues and they sent me a replacement right away. I have had the replacement cooler for about 3 weeks and the cooler has an excess of water build up and is now dripping from the seams by the feet. Very disappointed with the quality and I will now need to purchase something different.

Product stopped working after 14 months and the support team does not want to help! Stay away from this brand as it is very unreliable and the support is not good.

What a great unit! I have had this plugged in, and it holds a pretty consistent 39-41 degrees. I really like the sliding doors up on my counter top, they look great and don't swing out to knock anything over. You would probably not want your customers to use this, though as the doors do not shut themselves. I can imagine pretty easily some customers would leave it open. The light in there is great, it's an LED strip across the front that really puts out good light that hits the whole front of the unit. Many competitors have inferior lights and when full you can't see what's on the bottom, but that's not a problem here. Overall, this unit is a bangin' deal, especially someone trying to get a unit on the counter as it is very 'shallow' and fits just about anywhere.
