Avantco 30 lb. Stainless Steel Vertical Manual Churro Stuffer with 3 Non-Hollow Churro Tubes and 1 Hollow Churro Tube

We were excited to see this being offered by Webstaurant, shipping was quick and the machine was well packaged. However that excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the bolts holding the cylinder bent after just one use and the welded seam at the bottom where the tube connects to the cylinder popped open during the second use! It dramatically decreased our production time and wasted a lot of product - at the worst possible time as we were catering a large wedding!! The machine is now useless after only 2 uses

This is the second one we buy, both of them, the metal holding the cilinder bent in both machine. One is completely broken the second one after the third use is happening the same thing.

After a few uses, a bracket on one side that holds the cylinder in place was bent significantly and eventually cracked on us during an event. Causing it to be practically unusable, as it pops out of place under enough pressure.

Purchased 2 months ago and after light use, a bracket on one side that holds the cylinder part inside broke and the bracket bent. This occurred during a major event which caused the machine useless unless I physically held the machine in place. It kept on popping off the bolts when applying a little pressure.
