I used a plastic liner with my electric roaster for an easy cleanup. Instead of an easy clean up, I got a ruined pan. The manufacturer of the roaster didn't have a replacement pan. My Avantco pan saved the day. It fits my roaster perfectly, which saved me from having to buy a whole new roaster. The quality of this pan is just as good, if not better, than the one that came with my roaster.

Be VERY CAREFUL handling this pan. There are sharp edges all around the outside edge that will cut you! I have 2 slices on my fingers from super sharp sheet metal edging and metal shards stuck in the paint.
