AvaMix ADM1-WM Wall Mount Drink Mixer / Milkshake Machine - 120V, 400W

I bought this machine in efforts to save time and make milkshakes automatically, prior to this we had the hamilton beach which I highly recommend, this unit is a complete waste of time with low horsepower please save your time and money.

Ordered the wall mount version to save on counter space. Previously I would use a blender, but was tired of the mess it always made. This has really upped my milkshake game. This mixer is much quieter than I expected. It does a great job of mixing the ingredients. 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream, then fill with milk up to the last scoop. Tablespoon of malted milk powder, and secure into the mixer. Adjust mixture to your own consistency you like. After about a minute, perfect milk shake. No clumps of ice cream left over. My wife prefers a shot of chocolate syrup mixed in with hers using lactose free ice cream and non-sweetened almond milk. Clean up is a breeze and instructions are in the manual. Wipe spindle. Bought this to make shakes or milkshake using soft serve ice cream. The design of the blades would not mix anything. All it would do is make a hole in the product. It wouldn't mix it blend. Maybe if your doing a slushy it would work. It also only blend in toppings like nerds. Complete waste of money.

We needed an inexpensive blender in a pinch. I knew this wasn’t going to be for heavy duty use and it proved that for me as well. Great when not used for a long period of time with very thin mix.

Poor design for high volume shop. I wanted to like this mixer but found the design was just not good. The lack of a bottom lip for the cup to rest on was not mad of for by the plastic cup lip at the top. Also it does not have a toggle switch to pulse the spinner. Over all I feel like they cut all the wrong corners to make a product that is to expensive for home use and worthless for a busy commercial setting. I would return it but was out side the return window before I installed it. Spend the extra $ and go with one of the old stand by brands for milk shake machines.

I got this milkshake machine for my husband for our anniversary. It is very durable and heavy. Great quality. The one thing that surprised us is how quiet it is. And it makes great milkshakes too! Easy to clean after use.

Not very powerful! If I could return it, I would. Didn’t mix it well at all. Was hoping for something that could make commercial like milkshakes. Ended up just using my blender.

This product is not good with hard ice cream or mixing milkshake toppings. I'm not sure what this thing is for honestly. There is not a lot of power, and I don't think you are able to change the attachments for different uses, like some of the other ones. I would not recommend this for high kitchen performance use and if you need to make homemade milkshakes.
