I used this to make the indents for the tires on the Red McQueen Car Cake Topper for my son's 5th Birthday Cake. It was extremely easy to work, I used the pointed part to mark and carved the area where the tires would go, and then I used the rounded part to push the gum paste in and define the arch for the tires to fit into.

I was very happy when I saw this online, but after receiving it I'm not as thrilled. It is okay for a quick fondant roll out but I wanted it for ruffles but its a little too big for this process. It mainly just smashes my fondant or gum paste instead :(
