We love this roll stamp. It's much faster than folding them by hand the classic way. It's a nice way to differentiate a hand rolled semmel (ie, what they call a Kaiser roll in Austria) from a quickly pressed one. Charge more for the hand rolled ones, and stamp your low cost ones. We've used it for years with no chips or cracks.

Although you could roll your dough into a kaiser design, having the stamp just makes it easier. Made of sturdy material, very reasonable price. I recommend.
Disappointing product! The quality used to be better but recent runs seem to be too brittle. The product breaks quickly and requires frequent replacement. Watch out for plastic shards in food.

I was a bit skeptical of this plastic roll stamp, but it's been working great, plastic or not. We give our sandwich dough balls a little twist with this thing and it makes a nice classy finished product.
