Worked great for a month then started to have problems lighting and staying lit. My restaurant had to run service without a pasta cooker and we sell primarily noodles... It's been a nightmare. I called the gas company several times to come look at it. They recommended that I should replace the thermocouple. I reached out to the Arcobaleno directly to get a new one since it's still under warranty. The person that I needed to speak with was always busy and NEVER returned my phone calls. I had to attempt several times to reach them. Finally they said they would send the part. It's been over 2 weeks and still haven't heard from them and still NO part.... I don't recommend this company at all.
