This pasta machine produces 18 lb. of pasta per hour depending on the shape and is ideal for restaurants that offer Italian cuisine as well as catering services.
This pasta extruder and mixer sports stainless steel construction, including its hopper as well as a removable mixer shaft and auger for easy cleaning. The dough is extruded through a solid brass die to create over 150 possible pasta shapes with 5.5 lb. batches of pasta. The extruder also includes an automatic cutting knife that cuts short pasta shapes extracted from select dies. This item runs on electricity and features a powerful 120V system. It boasts a compact, portable countertop design and includes a 5' power cord. This mixer / extruder is designed for use with select Arcobaleno accessories (sold separately). I bought this pasta machine just to make my own Orecchiette 2 month ago....paid cash, and i ordered the Orecchiette Die in the same time. Looks like the company disappeared, still today i can't use it. I'm going to send it back. Definitely no service
