We had our unit for 5 years, it was a beast. It did require a bit of maintenance and part replacement, but its all pretty straightforward to work on. It does put out a fair amount of heat, more than our current model.

This toaster has given us nothing but trouble. It stopped working the second day of use. I have had it stop working 4-5 times in only a couple of months. The service techs take forever to come out and fix it. I will never buy this product or brand again.

bought this item...dead on arrival.. was in a pinch.... they couldn't just replace i had to have a brand new item fixed instead... customer service needs improvement...instead of a brand new item i essential own a refurbished one... ...Honestly not fair

This toaster is working great. There is even a power saving function during slower periods. Just remember to turn off that function when you need to toast both sides of your bread.
Great toaster. Toasts bread really well and keeps it warm. Goes through machine quickly and still gives an even toast. Slight brown on the outside layer while warming the inside.
Be bought this toasted to replace the old one that had lived it's life. Love the wide opening to do Bagels and thick cut toast. Consistant color every time!!! Price was hundereds under the next best quote!
