Great price for this product, much cheaper then other vendors. Arrived on time and without a problem. Very well packaged , easy to set up and use

Arrived broken, looks great and works fine other than the metal clips that hold the round light shield on where separated. I spoke with customer service and they were very very helpful. They resolved the problem completely in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this product as the only nice affordable light, however, check it carefully when it arrives. As long as it is tightly secured it should hold up fine.

The cylinders that holds the bulbs are flimsy. The sockets are made of aluminum and burn out quickly. would not order them again. I feel the construction needs to be beefed up!

You get what you pay for. Bulbs only lasted a couple days. Went through maybe 5 bulbs before the lamp broke. Next time I'll buy better quality lamp.

I have bought several of these particular heat lamps over my 34 years in the food business and the web Restaurant store is by far the better price and faster shipper than all our vendors.. It's easy and convenient so thank yall

This item is great for keeping your fried food warms. It also comes in handy using it for concessions. The price is the best i have found online!

Have been using this warmer for about 1.5 years. The welds holding the bulb shields are the weak point.. Have had them welded but they keep on breaking. Will be ordering a different product next time.

This heat lamp is a much sturdier design than the faulty lamp that it was purchased to replace. It's good to put out the extra money in this case, much better quality for only a little more money. So far it is working great! Thanks again to the webstaurantstore customer service for being so helpful in getting a replacement.

These lamps are perfect for carving stations! They keep the meat warm, and they look classy as well! They are also great for parties and functions!
