Toilet paper feeds freely until depleted, and the unit is readily accessible and easily visible for quick roll replacements. The toilet paper spindles are housed in a vandal-resistant sub-frame that can be accessed once the door is open. For tamper-resistant use, the door requires a special key for access. The cabinet accepts theft- and vandal-resistant rollers (sold separately) for core-less toilet paper.
