Good sized press. handles one large or 2 medium sized pieces of meat, several slices of bacon. 2 regular sized sandwiches.
We use this steak weight in our restaurants with our cubano sandwiches. The product works well to crisp the bread on our flat top griddle. Easy to clean, but be careful how you dry and store as it will rust.
