How to make pie crust in 5 popular styles. Add 2 1/2 cups of flour, 1 Tbs of salt, 1 Tbs of sugar, 2 sticks of butter, and blend. Gradually add 4 4 Tbs of ice water. Roll it into a ball. Lay out dough ball in a foil pie pan and cut off the extra edges.Crimp the edges gently. Fill pie with desired fruit. Add brown sugar, oats, flour, butter, and cinnamon to bowl and knead to make crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. Crumb pie. Repeat the earlier instructions. Once the pie is full, cut another batch of crust into strips. Lay in the pattern shown. Lattice. Repeat steps for filling. Lay an extra piece of crust over the pie. Cut vent holes. Double. Repeat again and fill without covering. Single. Repeat steps. Take another piece of crust and use a small cookie cutter to cut shapes in it, then cover the pie. Decorative.

    American Metalcraft puts out a fine product. This pie plate is durable and sturdy. I love it for heating up small one person meals. (not everything comes out well in the microwave) And needless to say I am more than pleased with the pies I have baked in them. Pleased Customer!
