This drop-in well can be installed in a front-of-the-house area with an existing counter or in a prep table for your hot food plating system. It is simple and easy to install since it is made for dry use and doesn't need water or drain connections. Without water, this unit won't suffer from the maintenance issues of lime and scale buildup. It also reduces the chances of burns from escaping steam or hot water.

So you can install the controls right where you want them, this model comes with a remote control that is made for mounting.
