With this Alto-Shaam 500-HW/D6 five pan drop in hot food well, it's easier than ever to keep pastas, meats, and other culinary creations at just the right temperature! This hot food well installs easily into your countertop with no need for water or drain connections, and it can hold up to (5) full size 6" deep food pans (sold separately). For maximum food holding life, its Halo Heat® system produces gentle, even heating, and (2) adjustable remote thermostats provide temperature control for the wells.

- Holds up to (5) full size 6" deep food pans

- 18 gauge stainless steel exterior frame

- (2) adjustable remote thermostats

- Comes with (4) full size pan divider bars and (10) half / third size divider bars

- A 240V electrical connection is required for operation

If I can give this product a zero I would. I would love to warn everyone that as good as most Alto-Shaam products are, this is the poorest made appliance I have ever owned. I have replaced these units 6 times in 7 years. This does not include the thousands I have spent to have the ones that failed repaired before I pulled the trigger and chose to just get new ones. You will never own these. This is a short-term rental. If you can get it to work for more than a year, you hit the jackpot. I have also spent time explaining all the issues I have had with the Alto-Shaam product research team letting them know that we simply are just putting 1/3 and 1/6 pans in their unit, easy stuff, but the unit is SO POORLY made that despite the Read More
