Great chocolate specially if you want to make a more sturdy ganache. Add a bit of this to you ganache and you’ll have a heat resistant one.

The packaging is horrible. 8 out 12 boxes had smashed gel ice packs inside the box. Soaked the outside of the box with smashed gel. Not smart. outside of Boxes should be wrapped in plastic then placed in cooler bag with ice pack to protect box from this problem. Not happy.
