Its sliding 21" x 18" "Poly-Vance" cutting board and double welded-in sink bowls with included gooseneck faucet enable easy fruit and vegetable prep, while the generous work surface beside the sinks provides plenty of room for food boxes or other prep tools.

To keep additional knives, labels, and prep tools close at hand, this prep table includes a durable stainless steel drawer, and an adjustable-height 18-gauge undershelf.
