These are terrible. We've only been open 3 weeks and I've lost almost every single one. When our baristas are putting hot water in them for tea, they are cracking down the sides, it's a safety issue for not only my staff but my customers. They break really easily

I honestly wish I'd had the patience to take a picture of at least one the these mugs that chipped and had to be discarded. Guess I was simply too frustrated at the time. We ordered these in October 2019 and have exactly 2 left of the 12. 2 arrived chipped and the others simply didn't stand up to regular use. So disappointing given they are made in America!! Not very many options out there for bulk glassware made in the USA. So disappointed.

This is very cute for all the lattes and mochas. The only down size to these are the fact that they chip very easily. I would recommend handle them with care or they with chip on the rims of the cups

This cup is great it’s very great quality and it’s a good size 16 ounces can hold a lot of liquid I would not hesitate to buy this again great buy!

This is a nice glass and the price is just right. It’s a thick glass that holds up to a lot of use. I use these for shakes or any drink that has a unique aesthetic. I would have given it 5 stars except that there is a very noticeable line that runs along the side. It doesn’t effect the wuality of the glass at all but it does make photos a little tricky.

I love this mug. Many customer enjoy this for the shape and size. The bottom have a nice weight to it so that it is balanced well.

We started with 36 pieces of this mug. I am 2 weeks old in our new location. We have had 7 chip. DO NOT BUY THESE. They are not good quality and will not hold up in a restaurant environment. Not sure they will even make it in a residential setting.

There is another brand that makes this same design. I have used both and prefer this one BY FAR. The glass is clearer and more smooth. The glass seams are sloppy on the other one. Get this one!

My go-to hot beverage mug. I used to find these locally but haven’t seen them in stores for a long time. I was down to my last 2 mugs. I found them again at Webstaurantstore! Now I have a full set of mugs again and a few spares on the shelf!

I just love these mugs, they are heavy but sturdy. I use it for my coffee. The main feature is that it doesn't heat up with hot liquid. I like it because it looks fancy and practical as well.

These mugs are massive. We cannot stand them. By the time you fill the cup, the coffee will be cold. they also take up way too much space on the table. The photo does not represent the shape of the glass properly. Find something else for sure.

Really pretty mug that looks great with a foamy coffee beverage. The handle and tall cup make it look larger than it is so you're getting a lot of bang for your buck.
