It is made of a heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel. The single shelf stand offers one 36" shelf to store equipment, seasonings, or platters. Combined with the four included casters, this shelf can help make mobilizing equipment and goods a breeze. Once ready to cook, there are two casters that come with locking brakes.
