This chafer dish is compatible with either chafing fuel or an electric unit (both sold separately) to provide you with the options you need. Unlike other full chafing units, this chafer is slender with a detached base. This makes it more convenient to store, move, and set back up.

The base is made of powder coated steel, which is scratch- and rust-resistant. The soft close hinge makes opening and closing the lid more controlled. Designed with an innovative evaporation system, steam can escape through a thin slot in the lid, removing unnecessary moisture from the dish. The simplistic, yet modern design of this chafer makes it a perfect fit in nearly any buffet design!
