We use these cheese cloths for making our almond milk. They are really useful for alternative milks. We honestly don’t use them for cheese at all. We also put them over or sourdough that is rising to keep the bugs away but also let our dough breathe.
Must have for making stocks and broth. Packaging could be improved for better storage, but we make it work. Good quality. Will order again most likely.
