Winco 32 Qt. Aluminum Stock Pot Steamer Basket

We had a Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser and we cooked for 200 people. We used these baskets to cook the pasta. Broke spaghetti in half and dropped baskets into a large pot of boiling water. I had concerns that the pasta would come out through the holes when they were lifted out of the pot, but as it turned out this wasn't a problem. Was very happy with the performance. Easy to clean and lightweight.

Tried many steamer baskets in the past and this one was very reasonable priced. I used it in most of my big pots and had no problems with keeping it clean and stored.

This 20 QT aluminum stock pot is a must have in your kitchen. This can boil 60+ Servings of pasta or 40 medium sized potatoes which is perfect size for most applications. This is used almost daily in my kitchen and will probably order another one here soon. 10/10 recommend if you are needing an affordable strainer.

I use this with my all American pressure canner 930. I use the 10.5 steamer rack with it, which can also be bought through Webstarant. It is very helpful when I am steaming a large amount of potatoes that I can use for prepping. Very happy with the purchase.

I own two of these are use them frequently. Being aluminum, they are subject warping a little. But they are thick enough to maintain their overall shape. I boil them in salt water and scrub starch off. They don't stain or give me any problems. They are light weight enough to not added unwanted weight. to what I boil.

This steamer basket is a good fit for my Vigor 32 Qt. stainless steel stock pot. It is thick metal and should last a long time. I plan to use it next summer for draining beets for my pickled beets product.

This is a really nice steamer basket. It is made from a heavier gauge aluminum and is not at all flimsy. I have used this so far to blanch potatoes for canning and it has been a life saver.

This 60 qt basket makes cooking crawfish boils a walk in the park. We also use these to boil our potatoes in 60qt pot. Draining water without spilling is a thing in the past

I purchased this basket to use inside the 60 Qt. aluminum stock pot. It fits nicely inside the stock pot and has three indented areas in the bottom that act as feet. I have had good results with using this for frying, boiling, and steaming.

We use a steamer basket like this for canning, and for processing produce during the summer months to retail them. It fits asparagus, corn cobs, etc perfectly to blanch!

I bought 4 32QT Colander to fit inside 2 Large Canning pan. While 2 are in the pans cooking the other 2 would then be filled with the raw chicken once the chicken is done it was raised out by the handle with an oven mitt. It was placed in another pan to strain. The 2 others already filled ones were then put into the hot water to cook. this cut our cooking time down a lot. 1 colander was dented a bit on the bottom edge but that did not cause the product to be unable to be used, could use a bit of stuffing to keep it from moving around in shipping . It is light weight but sturdy. I like the handle be sure to use an oven mitt gets hot.

I purchased this steamer basket to go with the 20 qt. aluminum stock pot that I also purchased. I did not like this product. It seemed to sit weigh down in the 20 qt. pot. The handle doesn't stay upright. since it falls over to the side, I had to reach into the steaming pot with a potholder to turn the handle upright to remove the pan, while steaming vegetables. Was disappointed with this product and would not recommend.

Steamer baskets are a true kitchen essential. They have a million uses. There is nothing worse then boiling something and having to fish around in the pot to get your product out. this eliminates that

To be honest I bought this cook lobsters, but it does work for so many more things. Fits just perfectly our 40qt stock pot, and makes it very easy to take those lobsters out of the pot without having to fish for the lobsters with tongs.
