A food pan drain tray sits inside your storage containers and elevates your solid food very slightly from the bottom of the pan. With this design, your foods can drain any excess liquids and avoid getting soggy while stored in your refrigerator. When your foods don't get oversaturated, they'll stay fresher for longer periods of time. Choose from a full or half size trays as well as 1/4, 1/6, and other smaller sizes.
Each food pan drain tray is made of polycarbonate or other durable plastics that resist breaks and cracks. We offer both high temperature and regular temperature drain trays. Our high temperature trays are colored yellow for easy identification, and you can use these drain trays in hot buffet tables to keep catered food from getting soggy or saturated with oil and fat. For added convenience, many of our trays are also dishwasher safe.
