BUTTERFINGER® Chocolate Brownies
Recipe of choice for one 9" x 13" pan of chocolate brownies
1 cup natural peanut butter, softened
1/2 cup salted butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup whole chocolate milk
3 cups BUTTERFINGER®, chopped into 1/2" pieces, divided
1/2 cup chocolate syrup, for garnish
1. Bake brownies according to recipe instructions, then cool completely.
2. In a mixer, combine peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and chocolate milk. Beat until fluffy.
3. By hand, fold in 1 cup BUTTERFINGER® pieces.
4. With a pastry knife, spread the peanut butter frosting on top of brownies. Top with remaining 2 cups of BUTTERFINGER® pieces, then drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
5. Lightly dust with cocoa powder, then cut into 12 pieces and serve.
