Beware the silver spigot / spout. It's actually low quality plastic Twice it spontaneously drained ALL water from the dispenser onto our floor. We like the 3.5 gallon size and the shape is easy for carrying so we replaced the spigot with a functional one and have been able to keep using this dispenser.

This container is so fragile. We purchased it for our catering department and within a week all of the spout were leaking. And withing 2 weeks every base was cracked. These damages are coming from simple movements.

The spigot jar itself seems to be high quality however the nozzles began to leak after first use. I took them all apart and reset the plastic stoppers to no avail, they were still leaking. Without a replacement nozzle the spigot jar is unusable. Avoid this product unless you enjoy wiping down your stations every few minutes!

We ordered 6 of these canisters and only 4 of them hold liquid without leaking. The nozzles are not flush and cause liquid to come out but if you tighten the nozzle down it causes too much pressure potentially cracking the hard plastic. Not worth the time to return when they're needed now for our business. Disappointed to say the least.
