I purchased this griddle for our light breakfast crowd (lunch is our busy time). The griddle has not held up at all! After 2 months of use the cooking surface has warped making it almost impossible to cook eggs. They run and pool in different sections of the cooking surface. I called for a refund or even a store credit ( i thought that was reasonable). The manufacturer will not honor their description of this product, no refund, and to my surprise and disappointment NEITHER WILL WEBSTAURANT. Do not buy this product. I gave this one star because the site won't let me select zero stars.

This is fantastic flat top.. We are a take out and delivery eatery and the fact I can use this at lunch on my 6 burner and then remove for Saute dinner service is awesome!! Great quality, even cooking and I just love how easy it is to clean. Great product and price!!!
