This item has, hands down, the WORST instructions I have ever seen in my life. Nothing is labeled, no part counts, numbers, or anything. This wouldn't be so bad if the resolution wasn't so low on the instructions page - which is a very generous description of the scrap of paper before me. It is blurry, tiny, and utterly impossible to discern what goes where. I am frustrated to the point where I am ready to just throw this out the window. Atop of that, the fittings are so cheaply made, trying to do anything with your bare hands or even tools, without gloves, has filled my hands with metal shavings and splinters - this is NOT food grade or suitable for food by any means. Oh, and speaking of tools, there is no allen wrench included, and it has one of the most obscure sizes I have ever seen. It also doesn't tell you what tools you'll need! Don't believe me?
