The DuroMax XP15000HX was ordered and i was informed as the process moved along on when it could ship!! I would advise everyone to add the Lift Gate option on the delivery and have them note to deliver in a small truck. The carrier on my shipment was R&L and they even had a Pallet Jack on the truck to move the Generator into my garage - That was well worth the Lift Gate cost as this generator is heavy. I am very pleased with the whole process as the Customer Service people were very helpful on every call i had with them and followed up with emails as well.. Thank you
