When I get this product I was nicely supersized how sturdy it is! The quality is out of this world! And price is more than acceptable!
This is a well-balanced, solid, hot-drop forged fork, not a light weight stamped fork. It has a brushed finish rather than a polished finish, so if you're looking for something for a formal table-side carving, you might want to drop the a considerable amount on a Sabatier or something similar, but other than that, functionally, it's on par with forks costing many times the price. I love this fork, and highly recommend it. An excellent value.
