Used as sifter for flour and powdered sugar. Works great for those. I haven't tried using it for anything bigger yet but I imagine it would work great. Nicely made.

This 10" stainless steel rim sieve is great for sifting baking items like flour and powdered sugar. I had purchased one before somewhere else and the holes were so small you couldn't even sift flour thru it. This one worked perfectly and is so much easier than a crank handle sifter.

Seriously Great! I sift all of my dry ingredients with this bad boy right here! I also drain seeds from my fruit sauces. All around greatness

These sieves are nice and large to hold a great quantity of ingredients to sift. They are easy to handle and clean up really well.

Great for sifting large quantities of flour. The size is just right. I also used it for cheese making. Construction is solid and I like the rims. Overall, quite a useful purchase.

Great construction and arrived in good shape. Works well with 5 qt bowls and above nesting within the bowls rim. Does retain a bit of dry goods when passed through, but this is to be expected.

No more flour all over me I like the rimmed edge. It prevents the powder from flying all over the place. I almost want to get another but do I need one.....

I love the sieve for sifting moderate amount of flour. It reminds me of my Great Grand Ma when she was baking. I like the stainless steel material too!

This 10" sieve is just wonderful. Don't know why I waited so long to get one. Saves so much time over the traditional hand operated sieves. I just place it over a large bowl, fill it, and in no time everything is nicely combined. Get it, you won't be dissapointed.

Very solid and a breeze to use and clean; the only flaw to this sieve is that it's slightly prone to buckling if not stored properly. Don't put anything heavy on top of it!

I had been wanting a professional sieve like this for quite awhile and could not find one anywhere in my area. I ordered the ten inch which was sufficient for my needs, but I like that it is available in a variety of sizes at a very reasonable price

This is great for straining the breader in chicken before frying. We have purchased before and will again. We would definitely recommend these to others.

This stainless stell sieve is great. It's the perfect size and it's a great price. The mesh is easy to keep clean and the quality of the stainless steel is impressive.

This sieve is perfect for insuring clump free dry ingredients. The last thing I want is a clump of flour or powdered sugar in my tea cookies. The hanging hook also makes it perfect for storing on the pegboard.

Perfect for making purees. Used them for a high school culinary competition that did not allow electricity. The team made a potato parsnip puree. Find a bowl that nestles the sieve and you have a perfect mashed/puree texture. Good for sifting flours and powdered sugars too.

So far so good. Nothing super impressive about this necessarily... it is a sieve, but it does its job so no complaints either. It has a bottom rim on it as well so it will sit securely on a bowl assuming it is the correct size.

This is great for making light cakes, cupcakes and for dusting. Great for blending flours, also. We haven't experienced any quality issues so far but we don't use heavily.

A few of my favorite baking bloggers use a similar sieve for sifting dry ingredients, so I wanted to try one...Webstaurant had the best price by far. It works well and is easy to clean.
