Create premium smoked entrees with the 20 lb. smokehouse! This simple front-load smokehouse includes four racks, a stainless steel saw dust pan, three wood dowels, and a thermometer to give you all the equipment you need to start smoking racks of ribs, cuts of fish, or bushels of vegetables.
This smokehouse is capable of adding a rich flavor to bacon, ham steaks, poultry, and more in about an hour. It can also cure fish, jerky, sausage, and other similar foods for preservation in 12 to 24 hours. Its lightweight aluminum structure makes it easy to move from storage to the outdoors, and the interior saw dust pan safely holds burning fuel and ash. The exterior thermometer accurately displays the internal temperature, which can be changed by adjusting the unit's smokestack, and the wooden dowels are great for hanging links of sausage. For easy access and food preparation, this portable smokehouse comes with a hinged door.
The 20 lb. smokehouse is CSA Listed, requires a 120V electrical connection, and is intended for outdoor use only. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.

We have always used a charcoal smoker and were truly amazed at how quickly this smokehouse worked. We made a fabulous pork shoulder in ours and it was so tender and juicy. Looking forward to trying other meats and our homemade sauce recipe.

This is a very nice and inexpensive smoker. Probably the cheapest that i've ever seen. It works so good too. You can use whatever hard woods you would like! great to infuse flavors into your products.

This is a great outdoor smoker! Nice for curing and smoking your own bacon! A flavor that can not be beat! Easy to use specific woods and even fruits or herbs to infuse flavor!!!
