This Southern Pride MLR-150 liquid propane stainless steel rotisserie smoker and rail trailer package - 65,000 BTU offers an exceptional combination of high-quality smoking and simplified mobility. An expertly designed convection air system implements a 19KW burner that ignites 2-3 fireplace-size logs to heat the smoker cabinet and the firebox to the desired temperature needed to achieve maximum texture, aroma, and delectable flavors. The fan in the convection system draws smoke from the firebox and circulates it all throughout the smoker cooking cabinet while the Subterthermic flue increases smoky flavor and heat efficiency while it decreases the necessity of wood usage. This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning, durability, and longevity of use.

The MLR-150 comes standard with (4) 3-tier rack hangers that hold a maximum of (12) 10" x 22" chrome-plated product racks with 2 1/2" spacing. Additionally, a digital thermostat allows you to adjust the cook temperature within a range of 140-325 degrees Fahrenheit. The smoker will maintain consistent temperature throughout the cook cycle to guarantee dependable, delectable results. Plus, you can program up to 30 preset menus, allowing you to quickly set your smoker to the ideal conditions. Designed to be extremely accessible, the MLR-150 features a rotisserie that can be advanced using either the rotisserie advance button or the rotisserie foot pedal for simple hands-free operation, and the convection fan access door allows the fan blade to be accessed from the outside of the smoker for quick and easy cleaning to ensure proper airflow and to prevent the convection fan motor from failing.

The sleek black trailer with a dual 40 lb. LP tank assembly transforms the standard MLR-150 smoker into a convenient asset for on-site cooking and catering. Hookup and towing are made easier than ever with the included side-mounted swivel caster jack, 2" coupler, safety chains, and 7-way RV trailer plug. Built-in LED tail lights add the necessary visibility to keep you and your trailer safe on the road, and a stainless steel storage box allows you to easily transport your smoking tools.
