Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

Perfect for slowly roasting corn and potatoes, this roaster has 33 stainless steel racks and can cook up to 275 ears of corn per hour. The double wall stainless steel construction with 1" insulation offers the strength and reliability required for successful outdoor cooking! Plus, the stainless steel racks offer added durability as well. This roaster is ideal for catered events, fairs, and other outdoor occasions!
This model features individually-controlled pipe burners as well as an automatic thermostat and pilot light. A removable chassis lets you clean and maintain your roaster with ease. The self-unloading automatic trip device keeps cooking safe and controlled while the four heavy-duty casters aid in transportation so you can easily push this mobile roaster wherever it's needed next. One mounted 100 lb. empty propane tank is included with the unit so that you can start roasting immediately! The 2 RPM electric motor requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
