This Southern Pride SPX-300 liquid propane stainless steel rotisserie smoker - 75,000 BTU offers an exceptional combination of high-quality smoking and simplified mobility. The convection air system implements a 22 kW burner that ignites 2-3 fireplace-sized logs to heat the smoker cabinet and the firebox to the desired temperature needed to achieve maximum texture, aroma, and delectable flavors. The fan in the convection system draws smoke from the firebox and circulates it all throughout the smoker cooking cabinet while the Subterthermic flue works to increase smoky flavor and heat efficiency while decreasing wood usage. This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning, durability, and longevity of use.

The SPX-300 comes standard with (4) 3-tier rack hangers that hold a maximum of (12) 12" x 30" chrome plated product racks with 3 1/2" spacing. Additionally, a digital thermostat allows you to adjust the cook temperature within a range of 140-325 degrees Fahrenheit. The smoker will maintain consistent temperatures throughout the cook cycle to guarantee dependable, delectable results. Designed to be extremely accessible, the SPX-300 features a rotisserie that can be advanced using either the rotisserie advance button or the rotisserie foot pedal for simple hands-free operation. The convection fan access door allows the fan blade to be accessed from the outside of the smoker for quick and easy cleaning to ensure proper airflow and to prevent the fan motor from failing.

The sleek black trailer with a dual 40 lb. LP tank assembly features an expertly designed compatible trailer with mobile rack retainer pins and clips on which the smoker can be easily mounted. Radial tires and 15" chrome spoke wheels offer the ideal level of support throughout transportation. Hookup and towing are made easier than ever with the included A-frame coupler mounted jack with an interchangeable foot plate and caster, 2" coupler, safety chains, and 7-way RV trailer plug. Built-in LED tail lights add the necessary visibility to keep you and your trailer safe on the road, and a stainless steel open storage box allows you to easily transport your smoking tools.
