The spacious cooking grate is made with T304 stainless steel that is extremely durable and easy to clean. The grill body is made of 13-gauge welded steel with a sleek black finish that is heat-resistant and made to last. The firebox on the side of the grill body allows indirect heat from charcoal or wood to smoke contents slowly and thoroughly. The heavy-duty grate inside the firebox keeps the coals in place and off of the floor, allowing a consistent burn. The smoke distributer furthers this by distributing smoke and heat from the bottom of the cooking chamber, keeping temperatures even and consistent throughout the unit. The sliding ash pan collects all ashes, allowing quick and easy disposal that can even be done while cooking.

When smoking with this offset smoker, it is recommended to use non-petroleum-based starters such as paper and kindling. Approximately 15-20 lb. of charcoal should be placed in the firebox at the start, and additional wood or charcoal can be added to maintain desired temperatures as the smoking process goes on. To grill dishes more directly, the charcoal pan can be placed directly below the stainless steel grate. This offset smoker sports both top and bottom vents to allow easy control of the internal temperature. The built-in thermometer is calibratable and makes accurate temperature readings easy. Stay-cool handles are affixed to the smoker and firebox doors, allowing safe, worry-free handling. A ball valve drain will consistently drain grease out of the bottom and allows water to be easily drained out when it is time to wash out the grill body. This spacious smoker has a 949.5 sq. in. capacity and can hold 5-6 pork butts or baby back rib racks at once. It is suitable for commercial kitchens, catering, or competition applications.
