This barbeque smoker is the perfect choice for both smoking and grilling meats and vegetables to perfection. The spacious cooking grates are made with T304 stainless steel that is rust-free, extremely durable, and easy to clean. These slide-out grates sport a wire grid style with 1/2" spacing that is perfect for holding many different types of food. The grill body is made of 3/16" plate steel with an attractive matte black finish that is heat-resistant and made to last. The firebox on the side of the grill body allows indirect heat from charcoal or wood to smoke contents slowly and thoroughly. The heavy-duty grate inside the firebox keeps the charcoal in place and off of the floor, allowing a consistent burn. The reverse flow draft furthers this by keeping temperatures even and consistent throughout the unit. The sliding ash pan collects all ashes, allowing quick and easy disposal that can even be done while cooking. It is also equipped with a built-in water pan that keeps meat moist when water smoking.

When smoking with this offset smoker, it is recommended to use non-petroleum-based starters such as paper and kindling. Approximately 20-25 lb. of charcoal should be placed in the firebox at the start, and additional wood or charcoal can be added to maintain desired temperatures as the smoking process goes on. To grill dishes more directly, the charcoal pan can be placed directly below the stainless steel grate. This offset smoker sports slide vents with cool-to-the-touch handles that allow easy control of the internal temperature. The stainless steel thermometer is calibratable and makes accurate temperature readings easy. Stay-cool handles are affixed to the firebox doors, allowing safe, worry-free handling. A ball valve drain will consistently drain grease out of the bottom and allows water to be easily drained out when it is time to wash out the grill body. This unit is equipped with 18" heavy-duty pneumatic turf tires and 8" semi-pneumatic casters with brakes. The tires are protected from excess heat thanks to the heat baffles on the firebox. This spacious smoker has a 2005 sq. in. cooking area and a 120 gallon tank. It is suitable for commercial kitchens, catering, or competition applications.
