This unit does not require water, however, as it is also capable of dry smoking. This box smoker sports a 13-gauge double wall construction with 1" insulation, ensuring your meat, seafood, and vegetables are smoked to perfection. Its matte black exterior is sleek and looks great in any setting. This unit comes equipped with a built-in thermometer. The included grates can be placed in five different positions for customized cooking. The 17 1/2"x 11 1/2" grate provides an impressive cooking area.

This box smoker is designed for optimum function and convenience. Its cast-iron spin vents are placed at the bottom of the firebox to allow precise draft control, while the built-in Guru adapter allows temperature controller mounting. This box smoker is also easy to use and maintain. Its three grates are made with quality stainless steel that is durable and easy to clean. The slide-out grease pan, fire basket, and removable ash and water pans also make cleaning a breeze. The durable doors feature gasket seals, positive-lock latches, and cool-to-the-touch handles.
